At ZestCart PK, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after being placed. Our team may contact you by phone to confirm your order before dispatch. Orders may be delayed or cancelled if the provided contact or delivery information is incomplete or incorrect.
Delivery Time
After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the customer's location and courier service. Delivery to remote or less accessible areas may take additional time.
Shipping Charges
Applicable delivery charges will be displayed or communicated at the time of placing the order. Shipping charges may vary depending on the order, location, weight, or delivery service.
Cash on Delivery
For COD orders, payment must be made in full to the courier representative at the time of delivery. Customers should ensure that someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, incorrect addresses, high order volumes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate name, phone number, and complete delivery address. ZestCart PK is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Order Tracking
Where tracking information is available, customers may receive a tracking number or delivery update through phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.
Failed Delivery
If a customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact the customer. Repeated refusal or failure to receive an order may result in cancellation of the order and may affect future COD orders.
